OVERVIEW
Rubfila International Ltd ( RIL) was promoted originally in 1993 by Rubfil.Sdn.Bhd, Malaysia, a company with a long legacy in the rubber threads industry among customers around the world. Rubfilais a public limited company listed at Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE) since 1994.
Rubfila is currently part of the Finquest Group, Mumbai, with interests in various domains like finance, textiles, paper etc. which owns iconic brands like Reid & Taylor and Digjam. Rubfila is the largest manufacturer and exporter of extruded Round Latex Rubber Thread in India. It has got two facilities and the state-of –the-art plants are located at Kanjikode, Palakkad in Kerala and at Swaminathapuram, Dindugul district, Tamil nadu. Both the factories are at close proximity to Kerala, the heartland of natural rubber in India. Rubfila produces both Talc Coated Rubber Thread (TCR) as well as Silicon Coated Rubber Thread (SCR) with a total installed capacity of 27500 Tons per annum (TPA). The rubber threads produced by Rubfila strictly adhere to the global standards such as ISO 2321, ASTM D 2433 and BSI 5421.
As a part of its endeavours in quality assurance & environment safe guard, the company is certified with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001 : 2015 by BVQI. Rubber threads by Rubfila are also certified with Oeko-Tex 100, considered to be the gold standard for products in the textile chain. Rubfila have been recognised as "Export House" by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India and has customers in 30 countries around the world.
